Our full-service apartment and rental services provide you with the most compatible renters. We qualify each and every client to ensure that your property accommodates their want and needs. Our expert rental finders conduct an extensive interview with each potential client to establish what they qualify for such as their housing needs, income level and other information. We only bill you for potential clients that actually move in.

Option # 2: We Find the Renter and Lease the Property
Jacksonville Rental Finders will locate and qualify tenants for you. Property Management is not a service we provide with this option. The following is a list of any and all services we may provide:
- WE list property for rent in Multi List System
- WE run criminal and background check
- WE run the credit check
- WE verify potential client rental history
- WE verify income and employment
- WE collect the deposit and rent for the first month
- WE execute the lease
- WE present the keys to the tenant
- WE handle a complete walk-through inspection with the tenant
- Once the above is fulfilled, all funds and documents are handed over to the owner or manager
Option #3: Property Management of Your Facility
