Corporate Housing Included Amenities and Custom Requests
Each of our corporate housing units is fully furnished in beautiful apartment communities throughout the Jacksonville area. All of our residences have the convenient necessities of home. Our specialized staff at our different properties have taken into consideration the needs and services requested by all of our clients to make your stay with us a positive one.
Additionally, our Jacksonville corporate housing packages allow you to make one payment per month for all of your rental needs (such as rent, furniture, house ware and utilities). We can bill your company directly for your convenience and we also accept all major credit cards.
Corporate Housing Amenities
The following is a sample of what house wares we provide in each of our corporate housing apartments, condos, or rental houses at Jacksonville Rental Finders. Packages may vary by property or by client request.
- Living room – couch, love seat or chair, coffee table, end table(s), lamp(s), TV, stand and usually a DVD, picture and ornamental tree.
- Dining room – table with four chairs and generally a picture.
- Kitchen house wares – four place setting for dinnerware and silverware, four large glasses, four small glasses, wine glasses, seven piece non-stick cookware pans, cookie sheet, casserole dish with lid, baking dish, coffee maker, toaster, can opener, bottle opener, coffee measuring utensils, ladle, slotted spoon, slotted turner, solid spoon, juice pitcher, potato peeler, mixing bowls, carving knife, salt and pepper shaker, cork screw, tongs, paring knife, colander, wire whisk, grater, measuring cups/spoons, cutting board, cutlery tray, knife block set, colander, placemats, dish cloths, hand towels, pot holders, dust pan and broom, hangers, wastebasket, telephone.
- Appliances – Refrigerator, dishwasher, oven with a range, and microwave.
- Bedroom furniture – King size bed, head board, dresser with mirror, and a side table with lamp.
- House wares – Sheets and two pillow cases, two pillows, mattress pad, blanket and bedspread or quilt, twelve hangers, alarm clock, iron, ironing board, vacuum, and usually a picture. (If the second bedroom is small, a chest of drawers may need to replace the dresser with a mirror.)
- Utilities – All utilities are included. These include: gas, garbage, sewer, water, electricity, local phone, basic or expanded cable. High speed internet upon request. Please request upon initial order.
- Housekeeping – Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly housekeeping may be added to your package. Ask about pricing.
- Optional – You may add an additional telephone or answering machine, washing machine and dryer in apartment and other items at your request.
- Amenities – Most of our cooperating properties include an indoor or outdoor pool (which may be seasonal), hot tubs, fitness facility, business centers, and more depending on location of property.
- Pets – Many of our properties are pet friendly with a specified deposit or fee requirement. Please inquire about pet friendly properties during your initial conversation with Jacksonville Rental Finders, so that we may provide the perfect housing solution for your needs.
