Do I need to sign some kind of Rental Agreement?

Yes, you are required to sign a rental agreement.  The agreement can be for as little as 30 days.  Keep in mind you can stay as long as you like.  We have worked with residents that have stayed for 30 days and others that have stayed for years.

Is there a minimum number of days required to stay for a corporate apartment?

Yes there is.  Currently the minimum stay for all of our corporate housing units is 30 days.

How do I go about signing a rental agreement?

Your convenience is our goal, so at Jacksonville Rental Finders we have many options.  We can fax, mail or email you the agreement. You simply sign it and return it via fax, mail or email.

How do I make a reservation?

We have different options; you choose the one that is easiest for you.  You can call us at (904) 565-9040, email, or you can complete the request form online.

What are the rates?

Rates vary depending on the following variables such as the services provided, length of lease, and size of the housing.  Many times the rates are 50% lower than that of a hotel.

What is included?

Below are the following items are included in each apartment:

  • Fully furnished living room, dining room and every bedroom
  • House wares (pots and pans, silverware, linens, shower curtains, etc.)
  • TV
  • DVD Player
  • Washing Machine and Dryer
  • Microwave
  • All utilities are included: electric, gas, water, trash

What if I don’t want all of that?

We can customize what your specific needs and wants consist of.

Do I need to set up utilities in advance?

No we handle it all.  We set up all utilities including electric, gas, water, trash, local phone, cable and Internet. All utilities are placed in our name so you have nothing to worry about.  We can forward the bill directly to your company to make the accounting process run smoothly.

How do I pay?

We provide you with one monthly invoice and accept Visa and MasterCard.  For your convenience Jacksonville Rental Finders can forward a monthly invoice directly to your company.  We also accept check or money order.

Can I bring the family pet?

In most cases, yes!  We work with many different properties and they each have their own rules regarding pets as well as the size of the animal and breed.  We would be happy to locate a property that allows you to have your specific animal.

What’s the difference between a hotel and Jacksonville Rental Finders’ Corporate housing?

First and most importantly our apartments are much larger, come with fully equipped kitchens and all of the amenities you have at home.  Lastly, our housing is much cheaper.

Where are Jacksonville Rental Finders’ Corporate rentals located?

All over.  We have properties throughout the Jacksonville area.  Close to the city, suburbs, shopping and schools.  We can locate convenient housing for you and all of your needs.
